Hi,

just tried ACPI on my good old Armada M300... some problems:

battery is not displayes/accessable via /proc/acpi, still the kernel
detects it:

ACPI: FADT (v001 COMPAQ CPQB131 08193.01301) @ 0x13ff4828

speedstep isn't detected as well:

martin@independence:~$ cat /proc/acpi/processor/C0B5/power
active state: C1
default state: C1
bus master activity: 00000000
states:
   *C1: promotion[--] demotion[--] latency[000] usage[00000000]
    C2: <not supported>
    C3: <not supported>

this doesn't really bother me since cpu speed is changed once I unplug it

Also the suspend button doesn't work which is bad since I used it quite often.

Any help apreciated, otherwise I need to switch back to APM....

yours Martin
