[ACPI-sppt] make modules_install failure

Hi,

I downloaded the 2.4.21 vanilla kernel. I downloaded the 
acpi-20030619-2.4.21.diff patch.

I copied the config (config-2.4.19-16mdk) file from the /boot directory to 
/usr/src/linux-2.4.21/.config. I ran 'make xconfig' and saved. I then applied 
the ACPI patch. I ran 'make xconfig' , disabled ACIP, disabled APM, enabled 
every APIC option except CPU ENUMERATION and the Toshiba special. I saved.

Then, I compiled kernel. 'make dep','make clean','make bzImage','make 
modules', and 'make modules_install'. The compilation fails here, in 'make 
modules_install'. Here is the errors :

Any indications/tips? I'm totaly desperate.

Compaq Presario 720 CA;
Mobile Duron 1100 MHz
Mandrake 9.0 // 2.4.19mdk
