You can find the config files in the src.rpm respectively in kernel-source
The rpm is based on
the redhat kernel rpms from (so config files are the
same as those redhat uses except for acpi turned on) with
the following changes:

based on 2.4.21
nptl patch removed (does not work with swsusp)
acpi patch added (latest from sf)
swsusp added (1.0-pre16)
laptop-mode patch added
cpufreq patch added (including powernow-k7 support)
ntfs patch added
some compile fixes for gcc-3.3

rpms were compiled using gcc-3.3 on my laptop running rawhide.

So it should be quite similar to the stock redhat kernel
except for the missing nptl support and the additional
bits from above. I have not done any other QA then running
it on my laptop, but for me it works just fine.
