I have a problem with the fan of my smartpc. It can't switch to full speed,
except by modifying the smbus register. It results in an overheat of my laptop
and so in an automatic shutdown. What is very strange it is when we suspend the
computer with windows, after resuming the fan can switch to full speed. This
test was made by 30 SmartStep.
Suspend and resume don't work and I didn't succeed to control my fan with Linux.
I only know that this address is 7a in the SMBus.
I think that the fan is controlled by a specified controler.

Any Ideas ?

Thanks
