I usee mandrake 9.1 with pre-compiled kernel ( 013),

ACPI Support (Y)
 CPU Enumeration Only (N)
 AC Adapter (Y)
 Battery (Y)
 Button (Y)
 Fan (Y)
 Processor (Y)
 Thermal Zone (Y)
 Toshiba Laptop Extras (N)
 Debug Statements (N)
 Hacked DSDT table (N)

What I tried before: 
A non-patched kernel(2.4.21), patched with ACPI
-> same issue

When ACPI is on, i only have this message :

Loading Kernel .....................................
-> black screen and nothing
.

2.4.21 from mdk :
disable APM support APM
-> idem
ACPI option changes(modules et enlevement de l'option Toshiba)
-> idem
