[ACPI-sppt] [ANNOUNCE] wmacpi-ng release.

I'd like to announce the initial release of wmacpi-ng, a Window
Maker dock app based on wmacpi, originally written by Tim
Copperfield. When I got a new, ACPI based laptop (a Fujitsu Lifebook
p2120) and wanted a dockapp battery monitor I installed wmacpi, and
discovered that changes to the Linux ACPI interface had broken it.
So, I grabbed the source and started hacking on it . . . wmacpi-ng
is the result.

I've made some minor changes to the visuals, and lots and lots of
changes under the hood. The changes include full (I think) support
for multiple batteries, a command line tool to query battery status,
averaging current power use over a number of samples to improve
accuracy, and the ability to report charging times for the battery
being monitored[1].

This version has almost all the features I can see any need for, so
I'm releasing it here in the hope that other people might find it
useful, and might want to suggest other features.

[1] I'm not sure how portable this is, but my when my Lifebook's
batteries are charging the battery status file reports the rate at
which they're being charged, and I can calculate how much longer it
has to charge from that. If anyone can tell me if this is properly
portable, I'd be grateful - if it's not, I'll just have to remove
this feature.
[2] The rpm's verion is 0.50-2, but it's the same as the 0.50-1 deb
file. alien seemed to think the change was a good idea . . .
