[ACPI-sppt] acpi on 2.4.21 sis900

Halo,

I've a Mitac 8640dh laptop, the bios says that this is ACPI compatible
but when i've compiled into kernel (2.4.21) the acpi patch find on
sourceforge.net my eth0 (sis900) don't work and say NETDEV WATCHDOG...

I've never, since now, used acpi on my machine, but I would like to try
it on my new laptop... what i must do for looking what's wrong?
