Hi all, preThanks to anyone who can help me out. I'd like to get sleep states to work, but I don't have /proc/acpi/sleep. The system is a Compaq Evo N610c laptop, latest BIOS, gentoo, test5, with CONFIG_SOFTWARE_SUSPEND=y, CONFIG_ACPI_SLEEP=y and CONFIG_ACPI_SLEEP_PROC_FS=y.... shouldn't that enable /proc/acpi/sleep?? The only other problem I have is that sometimes the fans stop, and then I cannot restart them. However, their state is properly reported in /proc/acpi/fans/*/state. I cannot yet reproduce this error on demand, so I've had trouble debugging it. I'm just throwing this out in case someone else knows what I'm talking about.... thanks, Gabe ------------------------------------------------------- This sf.net email is sponsored by:ThinkGeek Welcome to geek heaven. http://thinkgeek.com/sf
