[ACPI-sppt] setting cpu frequency

Hi all,

can anyone tell me (or post it) where I can find the script 'cpuspeed'?
it used to be on http://pure.homelinux.com/cpuspeed/ but doesn't apear
there anymore.
or alternatively how would i go about reducing the cpu frequency &
adjust throttling automagically when on battery?

I am a bit of a noob when it comes to this sort of thing so any help
will help!
