-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Hello. I've got an orinoco pcmcia wireless card which I've patched so that I can put it in monitor mode and use kismet with it. I was able to scan for wireless networks, just fine, until I installed the ACPI patch. The patch I used was acpi-20030619-2.4.21.diff, and the orinoco patch used is: orinoco-0.13e-patch.diff, against a plain vanilla 2.4.21 kernel. According to iwpriv my card does have monitor capabilities, and kismet does start up, it just doesn't find any network where it should. Has anybody else had this problem before? If yes is there a solution?
