[ACPI-sppt] ACPI on IBM ThinkPad G40 update

Hello,

I've compiled ACPI 20030916 with debug info into 2.4.22 kernel
on Debian Sid. After boot ACPI isn't functional even with
parameters acpi=force and/or pci=noacpi.
