[ACPI-sppt] Re: no /proc/acpi/sleep?

Hi Robert,

Thanks for the pointer.  The documentation on acpi.sf.net should reflect 
this change - don't you think?

Anyway, it's getting closer.

'echo -n mem > /sys/power/state'

will suspend to ram, but with the laptop 'sleeping' if I press the power 
button the leds blink, it looks like it's coming back to life... but no. 
  It's like it gets half way and then fails.  Pressing the power button 
again restarts.  The first time I did this it let out a never ending beep.
