[ACPI-sppt] 2.4.23-pre6 ACPI mostly works for Fujitsu P2120

Hi,
I just tested ACPI in 2.4.23-pre6 on my Fujitsu P2120, and it mostly
works, behavior of IRQ assignment is identical with 2.4.22-rc1 behavior,
so USB 2.0 initialization is correct.

However, there is still one quirk when the on-board Realtek 82139C
Ethernet interface hardware is not enabled (controlled via BIOS for
battery-only operation). The IRQ mapping in that situation results
in incorrect configuration of the USB 2.0 ports.

Diff in dmesg output between 2.4.22-rc1 and 2.4.23-pre6 below: 

Note: For Ethernet setting in BIOS = Always, IRQ 9 assigned to eth0 and
USB, and system works. For Ethernet setting in BIOS = Auto, when operating
in Battery mode: eth0 disabled, USB is assigned IRQ 10. This causes USB
device insertion to hang system.
