VFS cant find ext3

Please help. I got in at 6am this morning and found this message scrolling on my Oracle db server (RH linux 7.3): USB-UHC1.C: HOST CONTROLLER ATTACHED trying to restart I powered down ungracefully and let it sit 5 min. while I quietly panicked.
