Please help. I got in at 6am this morning and found this message
scrolling on my Oracle db server (RH linux 7.3):

USB-UHC1.C: HOST CONTROLLER ATTACHED
trying to restart

I powered down ungracefully and let it sit 5 min. while I quietly
panicked. Here are the last few messages on boot up:

mounting /proc filesystem
createing root device
mounting root filesystem
VFS cant find ext3 filesystem on dev SD(8,1) <---- cant find my
filesystem!!
mount: error 22 mounting ext3
pivot root: pivot_root (/sysroot,/sysroot/initrd) failed: 2
freeing unused kernel memory 256k freed
kernel panic: no init found
try passing init=option to kernel

Any suggestions?
