SUMMARY: ?trace on ttyS0?

Hi Linuxfans,
thanks to Mike Brodbelt and Klaasjan Brand for the fast response.

No compilation of the kernel is necessary.
The two tools i use in the moment are minicom to read the informations on the 
serial port sending from the electronic device and statserial for serial port 
infos.
All tools are available with RedHat 9.

More tests next time if necessary :-)

Hi Linuxfans,
i want trace the serial port to analyze signals which came from an electronic 
device.
Which utilitity is the right one?
I use RedHat 9.0 with the original kernel. I think this is one more problem?
Which parameters are necessary if i want compile my own one?
