Linking 2 offices, what is the best choice?

Hi, There is my problem: In the head office I have a linux bos running samba for all those folks using W something ;-(. Now, my boss is opening an office at the other end of thge city and, sure, want to access those files from the head office samba server. Both side have a permanent internet connection and dynamique address (ADSL). My question is, what the best (and the easiest to implement) method to link the 2 offices: ipsec?, pptp?, ssh? or what else! Thank for your help. A.
