System Freeze in Linux 7.2

Hello Managers I m running Squid as transparent proxy on my SUN -LX-50 Server with Redhat Linux 7.2 ,the problem I m facing is my machines hangs after every 10 or 20 hrs ,it stopped displaying anything ,not responding to ping request ,but when I check it physically NUM lock key on ,that means machine is not hanged ,but its stopped displaying ,when I manually reboot that machine some time it works fine and some time it gives me error " Cant locate Swap device ................
