Support for Linux Hardware

I have a dilemma. I work at a startup that is scraping by thanks to the largess of out VC. So, my bosses can tend to do things very cheaply. We bought a number of VALinux boxes roughly 3 years ago and they are getting long in the tooth. We have had only one hardware problem so far, but we had dept warranty with California Digital. Now, CA Digital says they are no longer going to support the older VALinux servers. Besides buying new hardware (which is my solution), does anyone know of any company that would warranty such old servers?
