Port Forwarding problem

Hi all
I have this problem.I  have forwarded a port 8080 from my router to 
192.168.0.6 and then forwarded port 8080 from 192.168.0.6 to 192.168.0.7.
Well everything is working fine from outside the port is forwarded well 
to the final machine 192.168.0.7 but when i try accessing from internal 
network it doesnt work.
www.myserver.org:8080/file work from outside but not from inside.

Any help would be great.
