Change shortcut for rebooting server (inittab, ctlaltdel)

Hi Linuxmanagers,

Red Hat Enterprise servers have "out of the box" the following entry
"ca::ctrlaltdel:/sbin/shutdown -t3 -r now" in inittab. Because of the server
are in rack with windows server, we wanna change the shortcut for rebooting
the machine (but dont delete it, it is useful when out of memory for
example). I saw that ctlaltdel is a binary in /sbin. That means I could
place every UNIX commmand in inittab and it would be executed, but this is
not what I am looking for.

When an admin hits CTL ALT ENTER, the server schoud reboot ;-) How can we do
this? Optimal would be with Red Hat tools.
