Hosting/Mail Platforms

Managers,

I am doing research for an ISP hosting/mail platforms.
 I have been looking into the sun cobalt servers,
however they are discontinued.  I like the feature
that they contain for maintance and administration.  

Requirments:
Host: ASP, PHP, JSP applications
User Manager to administor domain and mail accounts

I know of and have used control panel, it works great
besides hosting ASP sites.

If anyone knows of something similiar to Sun Cobalt
line, that would be great?
