Hello, Looking for advice on two issues: We are running Sendmail 8.12.8 with spamassassin 2.44, imap-2001a-18 (using the pop server that comes with it). OS is Redhat 9. We have been receiving emails with absolutely not into in them. No headers, no message. Totally blank. Does anyone have any idea why this might be and where to look to try and get rid of them? Secondly, although I am reasonably proficient at general Linux and Internet services administration, I am not too experienced with mail security, specifically with tracking down spam mail origins and address spoofing etc. I mean, I know how to read email headers but these do not seem to mean much these days with mail spammers. Can anyone suggest any resources that I can utilize that clearly give training in tracking down these issues? I would appreciate any input that you might have.
