Hi all, i use an external HDD (IDE) connected to USB. This is device /dev/sda1 with the scsi-emulation. The system is FC2. If i want disconnect the HDD i umount it with success. But how can i park the heads of the HDD? Do this umount automatically? The tool hdparm don't work with SCSI (Emulation). Do you know the trick?
