Hello, I am building a kernel for several dozen servers, Dell 1300,1400,1420 and 1600 Power Edge Servers. Some have as little as 128mb RAM others 1gb, as well some are HT enabled others are not. Can anyone say if there would be a problem with enabling highmem support in the kernel on systems that do not actually need it? I'm trying to keep the systems as identical as possible so I'd like to stick to using one kernel among them all. Thanks in advance. --- Sean McAvoy Network Analyst Megawheels Technologies Inc.
