With regards to strange server behavior

Hello all,

Well I managed to get the server back up again. There where issues with
the /var partition and so I was able to run fsck.ext3 and it fixed the
errors in the drive. I am now in the process of backing up the files and
ordering a new drive ;-( Or, has it been anyone's experience that the
drive might still be OK and it was simply a file corruption? There were
a ton of errors in the /var partition but the rest of the partitions
were clean.
