[BUG] Missing HDA quirk for Dell Precision 7550 (ALC289, SSID 1028:09c3) - audible click on playback start/stop

Bug Report: Missing HDA quirk for Dell Precision 7550 (ALC289, SSID 1028:09c3) Summary Audible click/pop noise on internal speaker output at the start and end of audio playback on a Dell Precision 7550. Confirmed absent on Windows (same hardware, dual-boot), present only under Linux. The codec falls back to a generic "pin match" fixup because there is no dedicated quirk entry for this Dell subsystem ID in sound/pci/hda/patch_realtek.c. Expected behavior No click/pop should occur at playback start/stop, matching behavior under Windows on identical hardware (dual-boot, same physical machine). Actual behavior Audible tick/click heard at the beginning and end of every audio playback through the internal speaker (pin 0x14). Not present through the headphone jack in preliminary testing. Not tied to idle-suspend — confirmed present even with idle-suspend fully disabled and a continuous keep-alive stream active. Requested fix Addition of a SND_PCI_QUIRK(0x1028, 0x09c3, "Dell Precision 7550", ALC289_FIXUP_DELL_...) entry to the ALC269/ALC289 quirk table in sound/pci/hda/patch_realtek.c, similar to existing entries for other Dell Precision/XPS models with the same ALC289 codec (e.g. Precision 5560, XPS models) that address analogous pop/click issues via ALC289_FIXUP_DELL_SPK_LFE or similar existing quirk functions.
