For testing I've also removed both DVB cards, however, the problem persists.

I've also put the sound card in different PCI-E slots: It works (generates interrupts, flawless playback) in the PCI-E slots that are connected to the chipset (IRQ 19, not shared), however, it doesn't work in any of the PCI-E slots that are connected to the processor (always IRQ 16, always shared). Unfortunately it's not a solution to put the sound card in the PCI-E slots that are connected to the chipset as these are already blocked...
