Hey everyone!
To try work around some sound issues in Ubuntu I recently bought one of these: https://www.ugreen.com/products/2-in-1-usb-external-sound-card
The audio output works just fine, but the input from the mic doesn't work at all.
An extracted portion from running the alsa-info.sh script:

Generic USB Audio at usb-0000:00:14.0-1.1.3, full speed
So it appears as though this USB device is being picked up as a generic USB audio module. According to the manufacturer it uses the ACL4030 chip from Realtek, but I can't find any info on this chip.

Does the generic USB audio driver support recording/input? I'm happy to contribute towards the driver support if someone can point me in the right direction.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
