Description of Problem: Synaptic simply freezes after it is finished downloading
packages. Shutting down process from terminal is possible, but the synaptic
screen stays up. Downloads work fine, but even with only one package synaptic
gives a blank screen, even after left for a number of hours.
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 0.35.1+
How Reproducible: Start up synaptic 0.35.1 or 0.36.1 and try to install any
number of packages.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Start Synaptic, upgrade or install any package(s)
2. Wait for download to finish
3. Freeze
Actual Results: Freezes, window will not close
Expected Results: Installation of package(s)
