Description of Problem: 
vipw and vigr don't work due to the lack of /usr/bin/vi 
 
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 
util-linux-2.11z-1ark (where vipw and vigr are) 
vim-enhanced-6.1-8.0ark 
 
How Reproducible: 
Very 
 
Steps to Reproduce: 
1. Run vipw or vigr and you'll get: 
vipw: /usr/bin/vi: No such file or directory 
vipw: /etc/passwd unchanged 
or 
vigr: /usr/bin/vi: No such file or directory 
vigr: /etc/group unchanged 
 
Additional Information: 
just adding a symlink from /usr/bin/vi to /usr/bin/vim should be enough, but I 
don't know if that symlink should be in the util-linux package or in the 
vim-enhanced package.
