Description of Problem:  Install fails after selection of install type.  List of
errors reported to screen are:

mtrr:  base(0xf0000000) is not aligned on a size (0x0000) boundary
kmod:  failed to exec /sbin/modprobe -s -k char-major-4, erno=2
(same as above 3 more times)

installer _xi_ed <--all of this word is not displayed
installer failed (exited on signal): 0

System info:  Sony PCG-GRX570 laptop:  Rage Mobility 7500 video, 

How Reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  boot system
2.  select language and keyboard
3.  select install type - (to coexist with other OS)

Actual Results:  installer dies directly after selecting installation type with
above errors the only thing listed.
