Description of Problem:
There seems that GnuPG can't find an application it uses to send and receive
keys using the hkp protol, giving the following error: gpg: unable to execute
program "gpgkeys_hkp": No such file or directory
Extrangely, this binary is installed in /usr/lib/gnupg and even I added that
directory to the path or I copy them to /usr/bin, gnupg couldn't find it.
