Description of Problem:
During boot, the system tries to load (configure) the network interface and 
then it hangs.
If I start in interactive mode and jump over the network interface 
(/etc/init.d/networks) the system boots normally. If I do "/etc/init.d/networks 
start" after the system is booted, the NIC is working (configuration with dhcp, 
the settings were done in "misson control").
If I use a simple /etc/init.d/networks, only with "ifup eth0" the same problems 
happens. I think the kernel is somehow not ready for my NIC at this time of 
booting. There is nothing in the logfiles if the boot crashes because of the 
eth0 interface

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install arklinux on a M787 (pc133 systemboard) motherboard
2. Reboot

Actual Results:
it does not boot

Expected Results:
it does boot (with network)

Additional Information:
It's a board with an onboard VIA CPU (Samuel??) and everything else onboard 
(VGA, NIC, Sound, .....). Windows reports the NIC as RTL8139, but I think it's 
a RTL 8100B (Don't ask me why. I just wrote down this number at the time I got 
the board, maybe the number on top of the NIC chip)
