Description of Problem: Conputer does not shut down. Have to continue shut down
by pressing ctrl-alt-del and then boot into windows xp to shut down the computer.

How Reproducible: Happens every time

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Boot ARK then Choose Shut down 
2.Computer stops and issues error in summaary line
3. press ctrl-alt-delete to continue shutdown process
Actual Results: Computer will not shut down

Expected Results:Computer power down
