Description of Problem: 
After updating to the recent build of Quanta+, I have noticed that the big 
reason for updating to version 3.2 was the VPL mode (WYSIWYG). Additionally I 
could not find kommander, the Quanta+ dialog creation tool on the system. 
 
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 
3.2.-be 
 
Additional Information: 
This may require a few extra deps to build, I don't know, but the VPL mode will 
effectively allow us to remove Mozilla's (highly broken by design) html editor.
