Description of Problem: 
When you select the Print System Browser in konqueror's services sidebar view, 
you are informed of the following: 
 
An error occurred while loading print:/: 
 
Could not start process Unable to create io-slave: 
klauncher said: Error loading 'kio_print'. 
 
Unfortunately, I can't think very much in the way of how to test for what is 
the real cause of this bug since dockyard-devel's KDE is compiled without 
debugging support and generates zero usable info for backtraces. Nor can I get 
kfmclient to trace correctly under valgrind. Any pointers as to how to track 
this down would be helpful.
