Description of Problem:
No sound at all on an MSI 645E Max (Version 2.0) motherboard, chipset is the SiS 645DX and
has AC97 sound support.
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Ark Linux - H2O (1.0-0.alpha.6.1)
How Reproducible:
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Play sound with media player
Actual Results:
No sound is heard.
Expected Results:
Sound should be heard.
Additional Information:
I've tried adjusting the mixer levels to no avail. I had originally posted this problem on the
mailing list and was told to file a bug report. BTW, I also tried running 'sndconfig' and it didn't
work either.
