Description of Problem:  "Network Configuration 
Settings have been changed" Window hidden beneath other 
Windows. 
 
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 
Alpha 11.1 
 
How Reproducible: 
 
Ark Mission Control - Network Interfaces - Ethernet/Network Card - 
Next - Configure - Change something in configure window - Hit "OK." 
 
 
 
 
 
Actual Results: 
 
It can take several seconds for the "Network Configuration" window 
to appear...the windows are unresponsive. 
 
Expected Results: 
 
Immediate response to "OK" selection.  "Network Configuration" window 
appears immediately.
