Now,for alpha 11,  what I have done on another clean install is during the boot
process in verbose mode, pressed the 'I' for interactive mode on hardware
detection, and this time kudsu did it's job, launching the various modules
detected for configuration.

I still had to edit in /etc/modules.conf my 'alias eth0 via-rhine' for my D-Link
nic card, in order to get online.
