Description of Problem:

On a fresh install of Ark Linux Alpha 11,  System installs fine with some
moderate performance Issues (slow booting, sound not working)

Overall system is usuable.  Upon start of Open Office program started to load,
however after some time X Crashed with no dicernable error.

X then Restarted and attempted to reload KDE.  KDE would not reload stating
"Could not start kdeinit."

System is now unuseable

How Reproducible:
Unknown, May be System Specific

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load System
2. Run Open Office

Actual Results:
Dead System

Expected Results:
Working System with Open Office Running

Additional Information:
      System Specs 750MHZ PIII Dell Laptop with 128MB of ram.
       All other features work with OS with the exception of sound.
