[Bug 71] Install hangs after creating Swapspace partion.

The express installer still requires contiguous space at the end of a hard
disk.. it still does not handle "between partition" installs well.. and it does
not bridge disks.  It either entirely installs to an empty hdb,hdc,hdd, etc, or
the end of the last disk with free space.

This behaviour will likely not be 'fixed' in the current installer.. but may be
changed/updated/fixed in the new installer (whenver that's done)
