Description of Problem: 
Eric3 won't start -- it breaks when it tries to load QexScintilla from the 
module "qtext" -- but it finds that that module does not exist. 
 
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 
PyQt: 3.11-2ark 
qscintilla: 1.54-1ark 
 
How Reproducible: 
Anyone running dockyard-devel should have this problem 
 
Steps to Reproduce: 
1. apt-get install eric & all of its dependencies 
2. try to launch eric3 (or any other PyQt app that requires the qtext module) 
3. 
 
Actual Results: 
application fails to load 
 
Expected Results: 
application to load
