Description of Problem:
Alpha12 iso cd-rom install failed before completing the final step.
Install went smoothly before this step.
At some point between 1 and 3 hrs after the previous step, the install failed
with the the output transcribed below.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
ark linux h2o (1.0-0.alpha12-1)

How Reproducible:
I did it twice.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Turn on the laptop, which is a Compaq Presario 1200 with 60MB ram, two Win-98
partitions and a corrumpted shlwapi.dll file.
2. Laptop has ps/2 mouse, Intel 10/100 cardbus nic, and iso cd-rom in the
internal dvd-rom player.
3. Choose install option 3 (add it to current os config).

Actual Results:
[Note: Line 3 of the output is identical to line 2, as shown below.]

<begin error codes transcription>

Creating mouse: Auto
kmod: failed to exec /sbin/modprobe -s -k char-major-4, errno = 2
kmod: failed to exec /sbin/modprobe -s -k char-major-4, errno = 2

installer xi ed.
installer failed (exited on signal): 0

<end error codes transcription>

Expected Results:
successful installation

Additional Information:
n/a

Note:
I'm _guessing_ that arkinstall is the relevant component.
