Description of Problem:doesn't detect serial mouse in X server
Version-Release number of selected component (if
applicable):XFree4.4.0&kernel2.6.7-ark1 (mouse works correctly in the same
config with kernel 2.4.27)
How Reproducible:in XF86 log file: mouse at /dev/mouse (or directly /dev/ttyS0),
protocol "auto" or "microsoft"
(EE) no such device
alternative: mouse at /dev/input/mice
protocol "auto" or "microsoft"
no errors reported, but mouse doesn't work
too
Steps to Reproduce:
1.connect standard serial mouse
2.config it (with Ark's applications or manually) at kernel 2.4.27
3.try to run X on kernel 2.6.7
Actual Results:mouse doesn't work
Expected Results:mouse works
