Summary:                    arklinux installation failed
Description: 
hi! I have a problem with installation of arklinux (1.0-0.alpha12.2).
after language selection and installation type selecion I always get  this
error message:  

Can`t have overlaping partitions
A bug has been detected in GNU parted. Please email a bug report to
[email protected] containing the version (1.6.12) and the following
message: Assertion (ped_partition_is_active (part)) at disk.c : 935 in
function ped_partition_get_flag() failed.

What does your partition scheme look like, What kind of install are you
attempting ? Without this we cannot help you.

Where did you download it?
parted 1.6.12 is known broken, and definitely not used in alpha12.2 (it
was used in a pre-release testing version of alpha12.2 though). Looks like
your mirror is largely out of sync.

Please download from either the Oregonstate or the Ibiblio mirror, we can
sync those ourselves so we're fairly sure they're ok.
