fixed teh modules script....

I've been hearing folks getting upset by the modules init script not being 
accurate to what it's doing and "failing" out at boot, so I fixed it. 
Attached is the working script (we now use the action $"string" <command> 
[args] function for the actual tasks, meaning that the strings can now be 
translated for this script.)
