Bugzilla?

Just a gentle question, not ment to critisize or piss anyone off. I know that 
developer time is limited and developers in short supply, and I appreciate 
all that you do. But is bugzilla being used. I have not noted much activity 
there and I have had a bug listed there that is now present in alpha 10, 11, 
12.1 and it has not even been looked at by a developer and moved toward a 
solution. I bugzilla is not being used then how should we report bugs so they 
can get fixed? This bug is bug #319 and is  the sound system being broken 
upon boot up, with a USB web cam with microphone plugged in. When ark is 
booted sound will be broken. I know there is a fix, because slax 4.1.2, and 
4.1.3 work like they should.
