Regular Meetings

Per our "Big Meeting" of 2 weeks ago, we will be having regular 
"compulsory" meetings every sunday (at least it's Sunday in the US) at 
6PM eastern (GMT -5).  You need not ask whether the meeting will be 
held.  It's been held the last 2 weeks in a row. 

These meetings are where team decisions will be made.  If you are not 
present to provide input, the decisions will be made without you.. for 
better or for worse.

Issues discussed yesterday focused mainly on the general system 
instability of Ark Linux, the brokenness of KDE 3.3, the growing 
disinterest in Ark Linux from the user community due to progressively 
worsening Quality Assurance, and the issues surrounding the current 
development 'method'.
