Look at Building Ark RPMs on www.arklinux.org. It should explain most what you need to know, not all of course, there are many things that can be done in a specfile some requiring scripting other not. If you have problems just post here again or ask on the IRC channel. If you build a package and want it available to other users of ArkLinux submit it to one of us via email or post it here to the news group if thats possible. If you need help making a spec, I can also send you a sample spec file just leave me an email address here. Also anything you build right now on your current system unless you are running dockyard-devel won't be eligible for additions. Devel has many new core components and unless you are running a Devel system your builds will not work properly on the new systems that will soon make up the next release. -- ArkLinux - Definition: Choice http://www.arklinux.org IRC channel - #arklinux Paradise Technology Group Luke Anthony Hebert
