/usr/share/apps/ksgmltools

This part of kdelibs is pretty broken.  It looks like we're halfway done 
with a migration from /usr/share/sgml to /usr/share/xml with no 
compatibility links in place, and the core sgml stuff essentially 
missing from where it's expected to be. (I'm referring to the build tree 
here, but if it's true there, it's gotta be generally true).

Try building amm to see what I mean.
